MyStockMarket.com Terms of Use When Uploading Video

We Review All Videos
 
We review the video to determine whether it violates our Terms of Use—videos are not automatically taken down by the system. If we remove your video after reviewing it, you can assume that we removed it purposefully.
There may be up to a 24 hour lag in the time that you upplaod your video to the time that it appears on the site. This is due to our review process. Please do not submit your video more than once.
Your User Submissions and Conduct
 
1. As a MyStockMarket.com member you may submit video content ("User Videos") and textual content ("User Comments"). User Videos and User Comments are collectively referred to as "User Submissions." You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, MyStockMarket.com does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions.
 
2. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Robust Media Group, LLC, MyStockMarket.com (and it’s affiliates’ and successors’) to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service.
 
3. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However, by submitting User Submissions to MyStockMarket.com, you hereby grant MyStockMarket.com, Robust Media Group, LLC (and its successors' and affiliates') a worldwide, non-exclusive,  royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the MyStockMarket.com Website and Robust Media Group, LLC (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the MyStockMarket.com Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the MyStockMarket.com Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you in User Videos terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your User Videos from the Service. You understand and agree, however, that MyStockMarket.com and Robust Media Group, LLC (and its successors' and affiliates') may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of User Submissions that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in User Comments are perpetual and irrevocable.
 
4. In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant MyStockMarket.com, Robust Media Group, LLC (and its successors' and affiliates') all of the license rights granted herein.
 
5. MyStockMarket.com, Robust Media Group, LLC (and its successors' and affiliates') do not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. MyStockMarket.com, Robust Media Group, LLC (and its successors' and affiliates') do not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from User Submission.
 
FINANCIAL OPINIONS, IDEAS AND VIEWS
WHERE APPLICABLE ON THIS SITE AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION IS UPLOADED AND/OR GIVEN BY OUR USERS, WHETHER IN VIDEO OR TEXT FORMAT, ROBUST MEDIA GROUP, LLC, MYSTOCKMARKET.COM (AND IT’S AFFILIATES’ AND SUCCESSORS’) ARE NOT A LICENSED INVESTMENT ADVISOR OR BROKER DEALER AND NOT LEGALLY PERMITTED TO GIVE INVESTMENT ADVICE OR ENGAGE IN THE OFFER OR SALE OF ANY SECURITIES ON BEHALF OF ANY THIRD PARTY. THE OPINIONS, IDEAS AND VIEWS EXPRESSED HERE DO NOT REFLECT THOSE OF ROBUST MEDIA GROUP, LLC, MYSTOCKMARKET.COM (AND IT’S AFFILIATES’ AND SUCCESSORS’).
Guidelines for Using the Site
 
Here are some common-sense rules that will help you steer clear of trouble:
  • This is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If this describes your video, even if it's a video of yourself, don't post it here. Also, be advised that we will report child exploitation to the proper authorities.
  • Don't post videos showing dangerous or illegal acts, like animal abuse, drug abuse, or bomb making.
  • Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed. If your video shows someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't post it.
  • MyStockMarket.com is not a shock site. Don't post gross-out videos of accidents, dead bodies and stuff like that. This includes war footage if it's intended to shock or disgust.
  • Respect copyright and trademarks and rights of publicity. Only upload videos that you made or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means don't upload videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without their permission.
  • We don't permit hate speech which contains slurs or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality.
  • There is zero tolerance for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from MyStockMarket.com.
  • You also cannot submit anything that:
    • violates any law or may be considered to violate any law;
    • impersonates or misrepresents your connection to any other entity or person or otherwise manipulates headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of the content;
    • advertises any commercial endeavor (e.g., offering for sale products or services) or otherwise engages in any commercial activity (e.g., conducting raffles or contests, displaying sponsorship banners, and/or soliciting goods or services) except as may be specifically authorized on this site;
    • solicits funds, advertisers or sponsors;
    • includes programs which contain viruses, worms and/or Trojan horses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications;
    • disrupts the normal flow of dialogue, causes a screen to scroll faster than other users are able to type, or otherwise act in a way which affects the ability of other people to engage in real time activities via this site;
    • amounts to a ‘pyramid’ or similar scheme;
    • disobeys any policy or regulations established from time to time regarding use of this site or any networks connected to this site; or
    • contains hyper-links to other sites that contain content that falls within the descriptions set forth above.
 
Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or may result in termination of your account and deletion of all your videos. We decide whether we believe your violation of our Terms of Use should result in termination of your account. If you have an account terminated you are prohibited from ever signing up for another account!
 
Robust Media Group LLC reserves the right to monitor use of this site to determine compliance with these Terms of Use, as well the right to remove or refuse any information for any reason. Notwithstanding these rights, you remain solely responsible for the content of your submissions. You acknowledge and agree that neither Robust Media Group LLC nor any third party that provides Content to Robust Media Group LLC will assume or have any liability for any action or inaction by Robust Media Group LLC or such third party with respect to any submission.

Copyright Infringement Notification
  
To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes substantially the following:
·         A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
·         Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
·         Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
·         Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
·         A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
·         A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
